This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled by RechargeHub for purchases made on RechargeHub.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation by contacting us before the service is delivered. Once a service has been delivered or begun, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees charged by the payment provider may be non-refundable.
